This application was built by Billy Hill himself. It was built as a way of keeping all of my fans up to date on new video, new artwork, new tattoos and all pertinent news. I hope people also use this application as an educational tool to increase their knowledge about tattoos. As well as how, where and from whom to get a good tattoo. This application is meant to help the tattoo community as a whole and not just a guerrilla marketing tactic from me.
